FFA & 4-H Advocacy, Service and Education Grant
APPLICATION
FIVE - $1,000 (or less) grants available
GRANT ELIGIBILITY
Must be a Montgomery County FFA Chapter or 4-H club
Grant monies to be utilized for enhancement in technology, educational resources, occupational tools and/or equipment. Examples: sound system, livestock scales, computer, shop tools, curriculum materials, etc.
Grant must be used by April 1, 2026, and receipts of purchase(s) must be shown. If unable to complete by deadline, application for extension must be presented to the Montgomery County Farm Bureau Board.
Winners will be notified and must attend, to be recognized, at Montgomery County Farm Bureau Annual Meeting on October 7th, 2025.
Winners are required to give a three-minute presentation at the 2026 Montgomery County Farm Bureau Annual Meeting on how the grant was utilized.
Grant funds are to be used for club or organizational needs and are not for individual use. Purchases from the grant are the property of the club or organization. (Trips, awards, meals and hotels are not eligible for grant.)
To be eligible, application must be received by 5:00 p.m. September 1, 2025.
